Pick your date

Get in touch, then choose a photo day that suits your nursery/school routine.

On the day

All we need is a quiet space with a power socket. We bring everything needed for your photo day.

Parents order online

Through their child/s unique QR code flyer, parents view and order photos. We handle all payments and orders.

Orders delivered!

Photos are delivered either direct to parents or in bulk to your nursery/school for collection.

All we need from you: a bit of space and a power socket.

We take keeping children’s photos safe seriously, so our galleries stay private rather than posted publicly. Just get in touch from your nursery/school email and we’ll send over example galleries and a walkthrough of how easy ordering is for parents.

What do we need to provide?

Just a quiet space with a power socket, and an approximate number of children to be photographed. We take care of the rest.

Who handles ordering and payment?

We do. Parents order and pay online, so there’s nothing extra for your team to manage.

Do you photograph siblings?

Yes we photograph siblings and provide one QR code per sibling group, making it easy and cost effective for parents.

How do parents view their child/s photos?

We provide each child or sibling group with their own personal QR code on a piece of paper. Parents simply scan the QR code and enter their unique passcode to securely access their child’s gallery. From there they can view and order any photos they like.

How do photos get to parents?

Either in bulk to the nursery or direct to parents’ homes – whichever works best for you or them.

Are your photographers DBS checked and insured?

Yes to both. All of our photographers are DBS checked and we are fully insured. Proof of both can be shown on request.

Do you photograph schools as well as nurseries?

Yes. We offer the same hands-off service for schools, with the same commission options.
